School Picture Retake Day – October 8th
You will soon receive an email from the photographer, Kimberly Linden Photography, with details about Retake Day. In that email, she will explain how to notify your child’s teacher if you would like their photos retaken.

Chapel Update
In Elementary chapel over the past several weeks, we’ve been thankful to dive into key parts of God’s Word. Last week, we focused on the beauty of the Psalms, learning how the psalmist went through many trials yet still chose to praise God. This reminded us that we, too, can praise God in the midst of challenges.
Today we were honored to welcome Pastor Tom De Groot as a guest speaker. He introduced our students to the book of Proverbs, teaching them the powerful truth that “fearing God makes us wise.”

BASKETBALL SEASON IS COMING
- If you have not registered for basketball yet, please do so on the FACTS Parents Portal. Registration is due by October 11th.
- First day of girls middle school basketball practice is Thursday, 10/31.
- We are looking for a Boys (7th/8th grade) basketball coach to coach the upcoming 2024-2025 season. Contact Athletic Director Coach Moose, melissamcpherson@faithchristianschool.org if interested.

UPWARD Basketball Registration Now Open
Calling all boys & girls in Kindergarten through 4th grade! This co-ed league offers weekly practices on Mondays and games on Saturdays. Here’s what you need to know:
- Practices: Mondays, starting Feb 24, 2025, from 5-6 PM
- Games: Saturdays, starting March 8, 2025, at 9 AM & 10:15 AM
- No practice March 25th; No games March 29th (Spring Break)
- Last practice: April 14th, 2025, Final game: April 19th, 2025
