Position: Part-Time Food Service Manager
Location: Faith Christian School, Williams Bay, Wisconsin
Hours: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Job Description:
Faith Christian School is seeking a reliable and organized individual to manage our food service program. This part-time, paid position involves overseeing the daily lunch service for elementary and secondary students. The Food Service Manager will work approximately 2.5 hours each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lunch Pick-Up: Coordinate and pick up pre-ordered lunches from Williams Bay School.
• Set-Up and Serving: Set up the school kitchen for lunch service and serve lunch to students and staff.
• Clean-Up: Clean the kitchen and serving area after lunch, ensuring all equipment and areas are properly sanitized.
• Volunteer Coordination: Recruit and schedule volunteer assistants to help with daily lunch service (typically one assistant per day).
• Inventory Management: Monitor supplies and report any needs for ordering to maintain smooth operations.
• Compliance: Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are followed.

Qualifications:

• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with volunteers and staff.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for lunch pick-up duties.

• The successful candidate must have a clear testimony of personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and must be able to demonstrate active membership and involvement in an evangelical local church

Compensation: This is a paid position. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
