Step 1 : IS FCS A GOOD FIT?

Step 2: Tour & Application
Schedule a Tour & Application
Come visit and learn more about Faith Christian School by scheduling a tour. Tours take about 30 minutes and offer a glimpse into a day at FCS. Students are welcome to join the tour and stay to shadow a student in their grade for a partial or full day. If you have already toured FCS, the next step is to fill out an application.
An application must be filled out for each student who plans to attend FCS. There is a non-refundable $45 fee per application, per student.
Step 3: THE Enrollment Meeting
The Enrollment Meeting normally takes about 1-1.5 hours in total. During the meeting families will have their interview with the Head of School and students will have a separate interview (grades 6 and up) as well as academic testing in specific grades. It is also the perfect time to bring in all your paperwork:
- FCS will need grades/transcripts for each of the students who plans to attend. Please fill out the ‘Request for Student Records’ form and submit to Admissions.
- Set up a physical for your student prior to the start of school or sports practices. This is required for grades K, 5th, and 9th, as well as 11th if continuing in sports per WIAA regulations.
- Bring your student’s immunizations record to the school or email it to Admissions. For those who have exemptions for immunizations please fill out sections 1, 4, and 5 of the immunization form.
- Bring the original of your student’s birth certificate.
The above items are part of the admissions process and will need to be completed prior to your student starting school at Faith Christian School. The forms are all downloadable and can be found on the Admission Forms page.
Step 4: Final Acceptance your Invitation to Enroll
If acceptance is granted, you will receive an email containing a link to your enrollment packet.
